Welcome to my outdoor training space. Located in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. My backyard training space is equipped with everything needed for complete and effective workouts. Equipment includes kettlebells, Crossrope Jump Ropes, TRX and more. Outdoor training is seasonal, until around November depending on weather, tempurature or your willingness to be outside:). Training then continues online and resumes in Spring.

 

Nothing beats training out in the fresh air! The weather might get chilly, but once we start moving, you won’t even notice! Let’s Go! We are NOT outside in rain or snow.
