Nutrition Coaching

Using diet as the noun and not diet as the verb.

The word diet can be positive or negative depending on the intent. We use diet to fuel our daily routines, or training and heal our bodies. To be effective, a healthy diet has to be complete. I do not believe in dieting as they are usually unsustainable and lead to short term results. Modification of certain eating habits that lead to unhealthy unhealthy dietary habits is a better way. I offer one on one nutrition coaching for those who may be looking to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way, are wanting to improve nutrition habits, to fuel training and fitness programs and more. I approach nutrition coaching by first identifying eating habits which can direct what and how we choose to eat. Once we identify these patterns, I introduce strategies to modify and/or correct these patterns while educating on proper complete nutrition.
