Nutrition Plus Exercise Program
Get ready to change your body with this 12 week (3 months) nutrition and exercise program broken in to two 6-week programs. The 12 week structure is based on scientific evidence of 12 weeks being the minimal duration for physical adaptations to occur and habits beginning to form and take root. You will learn about nutrition (macros, micros, triggers, etc) and how proper nutrition will benefit reaching personal fitness goals. This is a no judgment zone; everyone is different and has individual fitness goals, whether it be to lose weight, improve dietary habits or improve physical performance, this is a place where we are here to support and motivate each other to succeed. An additional subscription to a food logging program is required.
Program consists of:
Nutrition meets 1x per week for 12 Weeks.
Assessment: Forms will be sent in advance to fill out. Waiver, Training agreement required
12 week exercise program broken in to 2 6 week programs.
One-on-one, Semi-private & Small Group Personal Training
Online and in person one hour 1-on-1, semi-private (2 people) and small group (up to 4 people) training sessions. Kettlebells, mobility, yoga, strength & conditioning and pre/post natal training. Physical assessments are performed and required prior to start of all training programs. Signed personal training agreement and waiver required.
