Nyree here! I am an ex-bodybuilder with over 20 years in the fitness industry. My educational background include a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education and Exercise Science from Hunter College, SUNY and a Masters Degree in Applied Physiology from Teachers College, Columbia University. My professional certifications include StrongFirst SFG2 Kettlebell Instructor, 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, NASM Nutrition Coach, Pre/Post natal, and Functional Movement Specialist (FMS).

I take a holistic approach to fitness, emphasizing functional training, yoga and nutrition. I specialize in kettlebells as well as bodyweight, generalized strength training, mobility exercises and yoga principles and design programs specifically for the individual. I provide nutrition coaching to recognize eating patterns and educate on proper nutrition. I also advocate for living a healthy lifestyle into our later years. It’s never too late to begin a fitness program or to make lifestyle changes.

I invite clients to become stronger and move better through custom training programs using a holistic approach. After discovering the benefits of incorporating different modalities into fitness programs and seeing real results, it's become my mission to share those teachings with my clients.
